went to east coast today for the BA Zest event. cycling/blading at east coast. so i chosed to blade. damn shiok la. all the sweat, the rain, the tiredness, everything. so shiok. cant wait for my body to ache tml. haha. u guys muz be thinking "eeee. bian tai." haha. u're wrong. it feels gd to feel pain after a day activities. tt means tt u have excercised. haha!!
